attempting to slow down and take in a bit more of my life and what's going on around me
 

Washington...at last

Kent and I both made it safely to Washington (he definitely traveled longer distances and saw more sunrises with the least sleep in the past 48 hrs than me). We are staying with his family for a week before school starts to relax, have some fun hiking, ferry-ing, etc, and to once again (for Kent, especially) adjust to another time zone. I'm sharing a room with Karla - Kent's sister that I've seen the least since we started dating due to her adventures with YWAM, so I'm looking forward to getting to know her lots better. We went out for coffee last night after Kent went to bed...I'm anticipating good things! :)
